WI # 3

I am down 3.5 lbs this week Whoo hooo!! I did it!! I sticked to the plan. I drank my water and earned AP's by walking every day. Now, we are off for our evening walk. See you later.

WI # 2

I had my WI yesterday and i am down to .5 lbs. I'll take that because I did not stay OP all week. I messed up over the weekend when we went over to mom's for dinner. Every time I mess up one day-- there goes my whole week off plan.
Now it's my third week since I have been back on WW -- I have been doing better now so far. I have been journaling and staying OP.

Hope my third WI will be a charm!

confessions of a pepsi addict

I confess that I am a Pepsi addict.

Today, I have switched to Diet Pepsi for a change. I ve saved myself 3 pts at lunch time just having a Diet Pepsi instead of a Regular Pepsi. I have been meaning to do that for a long time.
I finally did it!

I used to LOVE Diet Pepsi and when I got pregnant, I switched to regular Pepsi because I did not want the baby to have aspartame. I'd have one can of regular Pepsi a day ( or none ) but the past three months, I find myself having about 9 pts of Pepsi ( 3 cans) on an average day! Thats a lot of points for drinks in a day!!

I know Pepsi is bad for you. It is loaded full of sugar! I remember when I was drinking Diet Pepsi all the time, I 'd have a sip of regular Pepsi from a friend and I would HATE the taste of it. It would be too SWEET for me that it would make me sick. I am not too crazy of the taste of Diet Pepsi right now... I just have to start getting used to it and learn to love it again!

1st WI

well, i stayed the same. i deserved it because i didnt follow the plan all week. it was easter weekend and yada, yada... i know no excuses but... thats my lame excuse. I will do better this week for next WI!

my mini goal

My mini goal is to get to onderland which is 37 lbs down. I hope I can get there by the end of this summer unless we get pregnant again. We are TTC right now but I am not putting my weight loss on hold until I get pregnant as it could take a while to get pregnant right? We started trying last month but I did not get pregnant. My plan is when I do get pregnant-- I will just continue counting points ( for nursing mothers) so I won't gain too much hopefully. Right now, I am still nursing my 10 month old baby. I think it has helped me not to gain any weight when I went off the plan! LOL

was at over 275 lbs. I joined WW in September 2004 and I lost 75 lbs in less than a year. I had relocated to Toronto in Summer 2005 and I maintained for a year at around 200-210 lbs. I wanted to loose more but I had a hard time sticking to the plan because of my lifestyle in Toronto which was eating out with friends a lot, traveling, dating with my boyfriend and drinking on weekends. September 2006, I learned I was pregnant with my second one -- i had mixed feelings about it. I was excited to have another child but at the same time not too happy to get heavy again which I did. Jake was born on May 10th 2007 , @ healthy 8 lbs and 3oz, 21 and half inches long and I was 270 lbs when I came home from the hospital. I managed to go down to 248.5 lbs on my own. I joined WW last fall 2007 and got down to 234 lbs by xmas time. I started falling off the plan again.. as xmas was my exuse then January, Febuary passed by... Now it is March!! I just recommited to WW again on March 20, 2008 at 236 lbs. I only gained 2 lbs since the last time I went in! I am thankful I did not gain much. :o) Now, I am going to stick to it this time. I know I can do it. I've done it before and I will do it again and finish it!
